The AIPS Sport Media Award is presented annually by the International Sports Press Association (AIPS) to outstanding sports journalists around the world.

This award is given to recognize outstanding work in the field of sports journalism and to promote ethics and professionalism in this field, and the Iranian Sports Writers Association annually honors the best Iranian colleagues at this festival.

The feature-length documentary ” When There Is No Dream” directed by Saeed Dashti and co-produced by Iran and Russia, is about two Iranian diver friends who embark on an exciting adventure to dive in the Arctic waters of Siberia. However, just ten days before their trip, a surprising event happens to one of them; and now they have to decide whether to abandon their trip or pursue a dream they have had since childhood…
