The documentary film “The Pen”, known as the “Bic Crystal” ballpoint pen film, known as Bic. It tells
briefly the history of stationery arrival in Iran. The life story of Mr. Ali Akbar Rofougaran, which
was full of upsides downs. This man called the father of stationery in Iran and the founder of the
Bic pen and Alligator Pencil Factory. He devoted half of a century of his life to the path of production, job creation, and the advancement of the stationery industry in Iran.

Awards and Honors

Won the third prize for the Documentary section for creating job opportunities from the thirteenth edition of Cinema Verite iidff, December 2019.
